How To Earn Membership
- Any purchase of any Candy item of any price at the first event of Brand Ambassador on May 2 (00.00) - May 15 (23.59), 2021 (Thailand local time) and Lazada only
- Any purchase of Candy items with accumulated spending of 15,000 Baht or more within one-year period after the joining date of Candy Buddy membership. Such purchase must occur at Lazada, Shopee , JDC only. (The member must submit the paid purchase order to upgrade membership level)
- Any purchase of at least one Candy item of any price at Lazada, Shopee, JDC only

*Terms & Conditions of Membership
1. Candy membership is an individual membership. Each individual is allowed only one type of membership. The membership is non-transferrable and may only be used by the member whose first and last names appear on the card.
2. Candy Lover membership expires one year after the joining date.
3. Candy Buddy membership is a life-time membership.
4. Candy membership receives benefits and rewards as specified by the company.
5. When purchasing items for accumulated spending, the name of the purchaser and the name as in Candy membership must be the same.
6. Members must report a lost card and inform change of personal information to the company via the company’s website or e-mail. If the company is not notified of such activity, the company is not responsible in any action concerned with purchasing items for accumulated spending or claiming rewards.
7. The company reserves the right to reject or terminate membership if an applicant or a member provides inadequate, inaccurate, or false information. The termination of membership is not eligible to receive or claim any benefits.
8. Candy Buddy membership with accumulated spending of 15,000 Baht during one-year period from the first date of spending will be upgraded to Candy Lover membership. Any accumulated spending over one-year period will be automatically reset to zero.

9. To maintain Candy Lover membership, members must have accumulated spending of 15,000 Baht within one-year period starting from the first date of spending. Accumulated spending of 15,000 Baht will be automatically removed by the system every 12 months starting from the first day of the joining date. Candy Lover members who spend less than 15,000 Baht within one-year period will be automatically placed at Candy Buddy membership in the following year.
10. The birthday discount can only be used once in the month of the member’s birthday. The birthday discount must be used to purchase items on Shopee. Such discount is non-transferrable.
11. The company reserves the right to change, modify, and/or eliminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and in its sole discretion. Members understand that they have no right to directly or indirectly demand or request from any inconvenience or loss occur.
12. By providing personal information to Candy company, members agree to receive commercial or marketing subscription via mail, SMS, and e-mail. Members can cancel such subscription at any time. Candy company may share personal information of members to its marketing service providers.
